Here’s the general plan.
- Each night has a theme.
- Tuesday is for meal/recipe planning
- Wednesday is for shopping and making 2 veggie soups and a big Garden Bean Salad incorporated throughout the week and readily available.
Breakfast – Fresh fruit
(Berries, kiwi, pineapple, melon, bananas, peaches, pears, etc)
Snacks – apples/pears & peanut butter, nuts and popcorn
Any meal can be replaced with Shakeology
Wednesday: (FISH) Shopping/Cooking/Prepping for the Week
- Garden Bean Salad
- 2 Veggie Vegan Soups
Saturday: (MISC / LEFTOVERS)
Monday: (VEGGIE BURGER)
Tuesday: (MEXICAN) Plan Menu for Next Week
