Weekly Meal Plan

Here’s the general plan.

  • Each night has a theme.
  • Tuesday is for meal/recipe planning
  • Wednesday is for shopping and making 2 veggie soups and a big Garden Bean Salad incorporated throughout the week and readily available.

Breakfast – Fresh fruit

(Berries, kiwi, pineapple, melon, bananas, peaches, pears, etc)

Snacks – apples/pears & peanut butter, nuts and popcorn

Any meal can be replaced with Shakeology 

 

Wednesday: (FISH) Shopping/Cooking/Prepping for the Week

  • Garden Bean Salad
  • 2 Veggie Vegan Soups

Thursday:  (POTATO)

Friday: (PIZZA/PASTA)

Saturday: (MISC / LEFTOVERS)

Sunday: (ORIENTAL)

Monday: (VEGGIE BURGER)
