This juice is one of the few juices I enjoy that do not have any leafy greens. It has a wonderful fresh slightly sweet flavor and is a nice change from the juices I usually make while still being chock full of good nutrients.
- 1/4 head medium red cabbage (this makes a deep purple juice!)
- 3 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 1 lemon (I used a whole one for the extra citrus-y tones)
- 1″ piece ginger
Juice it all, stir and serve immediately. This made enough juice for two, so if you’re juicing solo, have a mason jar on hand to keep the surplus stored with a tight seal until dinner time.
