Gotta use fresh pumpkin for this one. Cut the pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds and save those for roasting, peal most of the skin and chunk it up. Run the first 4 ingredients through the juicer, then stir in the cinnamon & nutmeg.
- 4 cups pumpkin chunks (1/2 – 1 whole pie pumpkin)
- 1 apple
- 2-3 carrots
- 1/4 inch piece ginger
- cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
