RevAbs – with Brett Hoebel

Decided to treat myself with a new Beachbody fitness program to celebrate my return to consistent exercise after my surgery. So I got RevAbs. It is a 90-day program made up of 3 30-day phases.

The first 30-day phase is the fundamentals and while it is challenging, it is meant to build you up, strengthen your core and teach you the fundamental moves with an emphasis on avoiding injury.

I’m 6 days into it and so far, with a few modifications ;-) I can make it through the whole workout. Keep an eye on my daily blog posts to see how I’m progressing!
